We deliver our products Australia-wide via Australia Post and Sendle. Please refer to our 'Shipping Info' page for complete details and policy.

Access to wholesale pricing is subject to approval by Sway Living.
Stockists of Sway Living cushions must have an ABN.
Wholesale pricing applies to stores with a retail storefront.
MOQ of $200 excluding GST and shipping applies to first order.
Prices and minimums and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Stockists must not set a recommended retail price (RRP) lower than advertised on the Sway Living website for the same item; sale prices excluded.
Cushions do not include inserts.
Website pricing includes GST.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping costs in Metro areas within Australia are calculated by flat rate and are subject to change without prior notice. Rural or outer Metro areas may incur extra shipping charges. In this case, Sway Living will contact the buyer to advise of extra costs, which are the responsibility of buyer.
At this time, we cannot offer credit accounts. Full payment is required prior to shipment of order.
If buyer account remains inactive (ie, no orders placed with Sway Living) within 28 days of initial wholesale approval; Sway Living may terminate said access to wholesale account.
Wholesale access can be terminated by Sway Living at any time without notice.
Returns must be made in writing directly to Sway Living within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Sway Living prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Items may be returned for exchange or refund, subject to the following:
You must contact Sway Living within 7 days of receipt of delivery to organise a return. firstname.lastname@example.org No returns due to change of mind will be accepted after this time.
Returns will only be accepted when accompanied by a 'return authority number' (RA#) issued by Sway Living.
If you decide to return your item for any reason other than faulty goods, we will provide a refund on the original price paid, less delivery charges from Sway Living and costs to return the item to Sway Living.
Orders cancelled after dispatch are subject to terms above.
Goods must be returned to Sway Living in original packaging in unused condition, suitable for immediate resale.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure items are returned safely to Sway Living. Sway Living accepts no responsibility for return items lost or damaged in transit.
Once item has been returned, inspected by Sway Living and deemed to be in good order our customer service team will contact you to process your exchange or refund via original method of payment.
I received my order but the item is damaged. What do I do?
If you feel that your item is damaged or faulty, please contact Sway Living via email within 3 working days of receipt of your delivery with your contact/order details and photographic evidence. email@example.com
We will be in contact within 2 working days (usually earlier) to discuss the issue or provide a 'return authority number' (RA#) to assist in return and exchange.
No stock returns will be accepted or assessed without a RA# issued by Sway Living.
If an item is found to be damaged or faulty within 3 working days of delivery, Sway living will:
Replace or repair the faulty item at their discretion, or
If unable to replace, offer a full or partial refund dependant on the amount of damage.
All refunds will be processed via original method of payment.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
Sway Living products are covered by a 12 month warranty to be free from defects in manufacture when used under normal circumstances.
UV resistant for up to 300 hours of direct sunlight.
For prolonged usage bring in undercover.
All warranty claims require original receipt as proof of purchase.
Warranty applies only to the original purchase and buyer and is not transferable.
This warranty does not cover-
Normal wear and tear
Damage from misuse or abuse
Products which have been modified or not been maintained
Please also note that, although every effort is made to display product items accurately on our website, we cannot guarantee your computer monitor will exactly depict actual colour of the merchandise. Any perceived difference in merchandise colour is not covered by warranty.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
