Shipping Information

  • Retail orders are shipped via Sendle or Australia Post.

  • Where possible, we use recycled packing materials.

  • For shipping costs on wholesale orders, please email  customerservice@swayliving.com.au

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment received. If, for some reason, we are unable to ship within this timeframe, customer will be contacted via email.

  • Please ensure all delivery address information is complete and current.  Sway Living accepts no responsibility for goods lost in transit due to incorrect details supplied by customers.

  • Orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or insufficient address details supplied by customer will incur extra shipping fees which are the responsibility of  buyer. 

  • Where appropriate, freight forwarders will leave a calling card in the event that you are not available to accept delivery.  It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they organise collection of order from specified  shipping agent.  Sway Living will not be responsible for any incurred costs involved with order pick up from carriers nominated agent.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Sway Living with your tracking details and instructions on how to track your order.

  • Any shipping charges include packing and handling costs and are inclusive of GST.  

  • Shipping prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Any shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Deliveries take place Mon-Fri during business hours, excluding Public Holidays.  We cannot deliver to PO Box's.
