PRODUCT INFORMATION

What are your cushion covers made of?

  • Soft, but durable 100% polyester fabric.

Where are your cushion covers made?

  • Our covers are designed in Australia and made in China.

Do covers include inserts?

  • Pricing on our website is for COVERS only.  Inserts can be purchased for additional cost.

How do I wash the cushion covers?

  • Gentle hand-wash in cold water.  Do not use harsh detergents.  Do not tumble dry or iron. Please note; our covers have an extra UV resistant coating - repeated washing will deplete this treatment.

Can I buy a larger cushion?

  • Our cushions are only available as listed on our website.  New designs are always in progress so if you can't find something suitable, please check back often for a browse!

Can I buy extra fabric?

  • Unfortunately, no - our fabrics are printed in limited edition quantities specifically for our cover manufacture only.

Can I buy a design in a different colour?

  • Cushions are only available as listed on our website.  New designs are always in production - including reprints and new colour ways of our most popular designs! If you can't find a suitable design or colour, please check back often for a browse.  Like us on Facebook or sign up for our newsletter to keep up to date on latest designs.  

Can I leave the cushions outside?

  • Our covers are UV and weather resistant, but not 100% waterproof.  Although our covers have an extra UV resistant treatment, extensive sun exposure will eventually cause some fade.  To prolong the life of your cushion, we recommend storing indoors or out of the weather when not in use.

Are the cushions water proof?

  • Our covers are weather resistant, but not 100% water proof.  To prolong the life of your cushion, we recommend storing indoors when not in use.

Are the covers UV resistant?

  • All Sway Living cushion covers have received an extra UV resistant treatment to help prevent fade for up to 300 hours of direct sun exposure.  This means they will resist sun-fade for this approximate time.  To prolong the life of your cushion cover, we recommend storing indoors or out of the weather when not in use.  Please note; sun-fade is not covered by our manufacturers warranty.

  • All prices include GST of 10%.  

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

SHIPPING

  • We deliver our products Australia-wide via Australia Post and Sendle

RETURNS

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Items may be returned for exchange or refund, subject to the following:

  • Contact Sway Living within 7 days of receipt of delivery to organise a return.   customerservice@swayliving.com.au   No returns due to change of mind will be accepted after this time.

  • Returns will only be accepted when accompanied by a 'return authority number' (RA#) issued by Sway Living.

  • If you decide to return your item for any reason other than faulty goods, we will provide a refund on the original price paid, less delivery charges from Sway Living and costs to return the item to Sway Living.

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch are subject to terms above.

  • Goods must be returned to Sway Living in original packaging in unused condition, suitable for immediate resale.

  • It is the customers responsibility to ensure items are returned safely to Sway Living.  Sway Living accepts no responsibility  for return items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Once item has been returned, inspected by Sway Living and deemed to be in good order our customer service team will contact you to process your exchange or refund via original method of payment.

I received my order but the item is damaged.  What do I do?

  • If you feel that your item is damaged or faulty, please contact Sway Living via email within 3 working days of receipt of your delivery with your contact/order details and photographic evidence.   customerservice@swayliving.com.au

  • We will be in contact within 2 working days (usually earlier) to discuss the issue or provide a 'return authority number' (RA#) to assist in return and exchange.

  • No stock returns will be accepted or assessed without a RA# issued by Sway Living.

  • If an item is found to be damaged or faulty within 3 working days of delivery, Sway living will:

    • Replace or repair the faulty item at their discretion, or

    • If unable to replace, offer a full or partial refund dependant on the amount of damage.

  • All refunds will be processed via original method of payment.
